It depends on the job, but it can take as little as one week to go through the entire process.
Yes, we have worked with several universities to create internships in our Data Science and Information Systems departments. We are always looking to expand our intern program to other areas of the business.
We use multiple sites to look for great talent, but all roads lead to our Careers site whether you find us on LinkedIn, Indeed, or our website.
If you don't see a role that suits you, please email your resume to recruiting@Waldom.com and we will send you the PI assessment to take. If you are a match for a role in the future, we will reach out to you.
It depends on the role you have applied for, but many of our roles do not require a formal degree.
When you complete your online application, there is a section that asks if you are being referred by a current employee. Please complete that section, and our Talent team will take it from there.
We strongly believe in the power of data, and PI provides us with just that—as well as insight into who applicants truly are. PI is used by hundreds of companies around the world, and it’s incredibly effective at placing candidates in roles that are aligned with their strengths.
After you apply, you will receive an email confirming that your application was submitted. Later in the process, you’ll get an email from our Talent Team to let you know whether you’ve been selected to move forward in the process. As you can imagine, we receive hundreds of applications a week, so we’re unable to provide status updates beyond these emails. Please rest assured that you will hear back from us at some point, even if we’ve decided it’s not a good fit at this time.
Yes, we value the candidate experience just as much as the employee experience. We want to provide closure and keep the communication open because you may not be the right fit for the role you applied for, but it’s possible you could be the right fit for another role. You’ll hear from us regardless of whether you’ve been selected to move forward in the process.
It depends on the requirements of the role. We do offer remote or work-from-home options for some positions. If you are selected to move forward in the process, you can discuss these options with the hiring manager for the position in question.
Depending on the role and whether or not relocation is part of the offer, we’ll work with you to give you a reasonable timeline to relocate to the area where the job is located.
You can expect to learn as much as possible about Waldom, the role you are in, the industry, and the amazing people you work with. It’s safe to say that your first 90 days will be a blur—in the best way.
